Return Policy: We do not accept any exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged or defective. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We will replace any damaged item(s) at no cost to you. You must contact our office for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) in order to return any damaged product. Please note that any package arriving without RMA # will be refused and returned to you. If you are approved for a return there will be a 15% stocking fee.
